Key Details
1. Leg Loads by Area method works seamlessly with any scaffolding system, including Tube and Fitting scaffold.
2. It can be also used for system scaffold, when a bay inserted using the bay tool and then the bay exploded.
3. Or when a scaffold modelled component by component.
4. For modular system scaffold designed with the Bay tool, we recommend checking out our "Leg Loads by Bay" video, which is better suited for modular scaffolding bays created with the Bay tool.
5. Leg Loads by Area feature calculates dead loads on the legs, it doesn’t support live load distribution n the tool. But Live load calculations can still be performed separately in the Excel report generated after dead loads are determined and the Excel report on the Dead loads generated. Please check out the next video on the Excel report generation for loads calculated by an area.
