• Finalise scaffold bays to full component level using ScaffPlan inside SketchUp.
• Add edge protection and bracing (including patterned bracing such as every 5th bay).
• Modify bay parameters safely using controlled multi-selection (untick all → apply targeted changes only).
• Edit bays at component level to remove clashes and create structural openings.
• Insert and parametrically control stair access (e.g., double return construction stairs) based on site constraints.
• Add and configure vertical ladder access, including full-height and ledger-connected options.
• Apply guardrails and toe boards to exposed lifts using component copying and snapping workflows.
• Install lattice beams to structurally reinforce openings.
• Generate phased gear lists (Excel format) by selecting specific bays/components only.
• Produce accurate, phase-based material quantities for estimates, yard preparation, and staged erection.
