- Open the Bay Tool and set the required bay height and configuration.
- Create bay lines around the building:
- Extend each bay slightly past the building corners.
- Allow enough overlap for the adjoining bays to be connected.
- Adjust individual bay lengths where required.
- Connect standard corners using the Lapping Bay Tool:
- Select the two adjoining bays.
- Create the lap.
- Review the automatically generated planks, tubes and couplers.
- Add Edge Protection:
- Select the required bay.
- Use Get to load its current properties.
- Identify End 1 or End 2 using the labels if required.
- Set the required end to Closed and click Modify.
- For sharp or irregular corners:
- Use Tube & Clip to connect the standards.
- Use the Item Tool to add steel or timber planks across the corner.
- Copy the components to the required lifts.
- To modify multiple bays:
- Select the required bays and open the Bay Tool.
- Untick all properties that should remain unchanged.
- Enable only the property you want to modify, such as Bracing or Bay Height.
- Click Modify.
- Always use Get before modifying an individual bay to load its current settings and avoid unintentionally changing other properties.
